Advanced Irrlicht Project

A.I.P (Advanced Irrlicht Project) est la conséquence d'une réflexion commune portant sur l'évolution du moteur 3D Irrlicht. La projet A.I.P a pour but de dépoussiérer Irrlicht, et d'essayer de le redynamiser techniquement. L'objectif (sans prétentions aucunes) est donc d'essayer de redonner un second souffle à ce moteur très attachant, et de le faire évoluer au fil des mois vers un produit plus performant et plus avancé technologiquement. Ce projet communautaire parallèle est maintenu par des passionnés qui n'ont qu'un seul objectif, se faire plaisir, tout en fournissant un moteur à la hauteur des attentes de tous ceux qui cherchent un bon outil de développement 3D, simple, efficace et léger.
